About the apprenticeship

Duties

The first year is alternating between our facility in Cardiff, where you will work with an experienced Apprentice Master to develop your skills in a working environment. Alternating with 8 week block training at Newport & District Group Training, based in Llantarnum, which includes studying towards your BTEC qualification.

Additional information

The successful Candidate will be offered a salary of £16,500 for the first year with staged increases throughout their Apprenticeship and after a 12-month qualifying period join the company’s Employee Ownership Trust which entitles them to a share in the annual bonus scheme.
On successful completion of the Apprenticeship a permanent position will be offered together with an improved pay and benefits package.

Turner Precision Ltd are seeking an individual with good engineering intuition and understanding to join our fully funded Apprenticeship Programme.

Qualifications

5 GCSE's Grade C or above, preferably including Maths and English.
