About the apprenticeship
Duties
You will be part of the Engineering/Operational team ensuring upkeep and maintenance of machinery and equipment. Some of the key duties and training will involve:
• Providing effective and efficient maintenance to maximize
equipment availability
• Routine maintenance and inspection of equipment in line
with company Safety and Quality policies
• Contributing to continuous improvement and Good
Operating Practices
• Fault diagnosis/rectification on equipment/machinery
across all areas of the brewery
• Carrying out preventative maintenance and react to
emergency repairs.
Additional information
Successful candidates will complete a full Apprenticeship programme to include NVQ Level 3 Extended Diploma, BTEC Level 3 and 5 Essential Skills at Level 2.
Training will combine on-site Company based training at the brewery and attendance at the training centre on a block release basis.
