About the apprenticeship

Duties

• Greeting and serving customer
• Receiving, unpacking, and arranging new deliveries
• Arranging and labelling goods in the display shelves – jewellery displays.
• Assisting customers in finding the products they’re looking for.
• Addressing customer complaints and enquiries
• Providing shopping advice and recommendations to customers
• Cleaning and rearranging the store as required.
• Window displays.
• Keeping the sales floor area clean and always organised.
• Training in all aspects on the business will be provided.

Second Chance is an independently owned operated retail and
pawnbroking store based in Rhyl. At Second Chance Rhyl, sell
for cash on-the-spot, pick up a nearly new bargain or raise
money against items of value. They trade in electronics,
jewelry, video games and consoles, musical instruments, tools
and household items. They sell on their own website, online
platforms including E-Bay and Amazon as well as from the
shop on Bodfor Street.
