About the apprenticeship

Duties

• You may be required to gather information, data and documents relating to processes such as absence, disciplinary or grievance ensuring confidentiality.
• You’ll take notes at relevant meetings.
• Working alongside team members, you’ll contribute to People related projects.
• You’ll take part in work across all areas of the People function as required, to support your understanding and development

Additional information

• A strong interest working in HR, with
any related experience (e.g. through education, part-time work, volunteering, or personal projects).
• Welsh language skills, or a willingness to develop your Welsh language skills is desirable.
• This role involves travel across Hafod’s sites and services. While a driving licence is not essential, some locations may be difficult to access by public transport.

Qualifications

• A minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths (A*-C)
• Good IT skills, including regular use of email, Microsoft Office (e.g. Word and Excel), and other digital tools, or the ability to quickly build confidence in these areas.
