About the apprenticeship

Duties

Build positive relationships with tenants and their families.
Support people with housing and rent queries.
Be Involved in estate management and community issues.
Work with internal teams and local organisations.
Understand how to identify and prevent problems from escalating.
Maintain accurate records and use IT systems.
Attend community events and support wider projects.
You’ll gradually take on more responsibility as your confidence grows.

Willingness to study a Housing Qualification (CIH Level 2 and 3)
