We’re offering an exciting Level 4 Project Management Apprenticeship at our Trawsfynydd Site in Gwynedd, North Wales — where you’ll gain nationally recognised qualifications, practical experience and expert mentorship, all while earning a salary.

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Project Management Apprentice, you will:
• Support the planning, co-ordination and delivery of projects across the nuclear site
• Assist with scheduling, cost control, risk management and reporting activities
• Learn how projects are governed and delivered in a highly regulated environment
• Work with multidisciplinary teams, contractors and stakeholders
• Apply project management tools and techniques to real-world challenges

Required skills/experience:

You must:
• Be 18 or older by 3 August 2026

We’re seeking motivated individuals with a strong interest in organisation, leadership and project delivery.
We’re also looking for:
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• An analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Confidence communicating with a range of stakeholders
• Attention to detail and ability to manage priorities
• A willingness to learn in a complex, safety-critical environment

Qualifications

• Have achieved 5 GCSEs (Grade 4/C or above) including English and Maths
• Hold a Level 3 qualification (such as A-Levels, BTEC, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent)
