About the apprenticeship
Duties
• Booking in the daily delivered parcels
• Dispatching client’s data and original media back by various couriers
• Assisting the back up team to perform the backing up of client’s data onto hard drives.
• Maintaining our library of clients media ensuring kept orderly and tidy.
• Stock taking of required supplies we may require.
• Using our internal staff system and also monitoring spreadsheets to log all dispatches.
Additional information
We trade across 6 countries and the role will require to have communication with our team within the laboratory but also our sales and inquiry team that are located in a call centre, good communication skills are important.
Requirements
Skills
The candidate should be willing to work within a team and have the ability to multitask on tasks that will be required to be completed within a timeframe.
Attention to detail is imperative as we are dealing with client’s property and live data.
Qualifications
English and Maths are required due to the nature of the role.
A interest in logistics and I.T is important also.
