About the apprenticeship

Duties

We're recruiting for multiple Technical Manufacturing and Production Apprenticeships—a great opportunity to kick-start your engineering career with hands‑on experience and recognised qualifications. Your first year will be spent in full‑time study at NDGTA, right across the road from our Cwmbran site, where you’ll build essential engineering skills and gain a strong foundation in tools, techniques and core processes.
From your second year onwards, you'll join us on-site four days a week, putting your skills into practice while continuing your academic studies one day a week. You’ll rotate through different manufacturing and production areas, including CNC and manufacturing support, gaining real experience working with machines, inspection tools, continuous improvement activities and cross-functional teams. This is your chance to learn, develop and grow into a skilled professional in a high‑tech, future-focused industry.
