About the apprenticeship

Duties

• General administration duties including managing email inboxes, responding to queries, answering phones etc
• Assisting with event management duties
• Scheduling social media content for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Twitter (X)
• Financial administration such as reconciling transactions and raising invoices
• Office management duties including organising team events, and assisting senior management with administrative tasks
• Assisting the team with research tasks and general business admin

Additional information

We are a PR & Marketing agency working with clients across the UK to provide digital marketing, social media, content creation and PR. It’s a fast-paced but fun environment and we are looking forward to working with an Apprentice to give them a good experience and grounding in business administration within the marketing sector.

The candidate needs to be a great verbal and written communicator, able to effectively manage their time and interact confidently with the team, our clients and other stakeholders.
