About the apprenticeship

Duties

Perform maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on domestic and commercial grass, agricultural and construction machinery including ride-on mowers, mowing machines, generators, 2-stroke equipment, compact tractors, construction equipment, agriculture equipment.
Complete all servicing reports and administration for work
assignments (job cards, timesheets, warranty check sheets etc).
Discuss diagnostics and repairs with customers on the phone or in person in a polite and friendly manner.
Maintain a clean workstation and assist with overall workshop
organisation.
Ensure health and safety rules and regulations are always maintained.
Participate in service training as and when required.

5 GCSE, A*-C, or
Successfully completed Level 2 engineering
