About the apprenticeship
Duties
Supporting pupils with their Welsh language and literacy skills.
Supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
Supporting pupils with additional medical needs.
Helping pupils develop numeracy, literacy and ICT skills.
Supporting learners across a range of classroom activities.
Understanding safeguarding and behaviour policies and your role in following them.
Promoting Welsh culture.
Working with children aged 3–6 years.
Assisting teachers with a variety of classroom tasks.
Maintaining a professional manner at all times while working in school.
