About the apprenticeship
Duties
The two vacancies are for Trainee Accountant positions and would involve a combination of administrative and accounting responsibilities, including:
Answering and transferring telephone calls
Managing appointment diaries and schedules
General office administration
Maintaining client records and files
Ordering stationery and office supplies
Bookkeeping and data processing
Bank reconciliations
VAT returns
Assisting with self-assessment tax returns
Supporting senior accountants with the preparation of accounts and financial information
Additional information
Pay rate will be reviewed ongoing for the right candidate with a view to securing a full time position
We are offering:
30–35 hours per week
Monday to Friday between 10:00am and 6:00pm
Pay at or above the applicable National Minimum Wage / Apprenticeship Rate in accordance with current legislation
Full training and support within a Chartered Certified Accountancy Practice
