About the apprenticeship
Duties
Assist with site inspections, risk assessments, statutory compliance checks and business continuity planning.
Help maintain the facilities, plan preventative maintenance, support space planning and contribute to lifecycle planning.
Monitor service performance, support contractor management, track KPIs/SLAs and contribute to service improvement actions.
Contribute to small FM projects—from scoping to delivery—while learning project management and change control processes. Assist with energy, waste and environmental initiatives, helping us drive sustainability across our sites.
Use systems and digital tools to analyse performance data, update records and support continuous improvement.
Work with internal teams, help resolve workplace issues, lead small briefings and support a positive customer experience.
