About the apprenticeship
Duties
• Assist with site inspections, risk assessments, statutory compliance checks, and business continuity planning.
• Help maintain the facilities, plan preventative maintenance, support space planning, and contribute to lifecycle planning.
• Monitor service performance, support contractor management, track KPIs/SLAs, and contribute to service improvement actions.
• Contribute to small FM projects—from scoping to delivery—while learning project management and change control processes. Assist with energy, waste and environmental initiatives, helping us drive sustainability across our sites.
• Use systems and digital tools to analyse performance data, update records and support continuous improvement.
• Work with internal teams, help resolve workplace issues, lead small briefings, and support a positive customer experience.
