About the apprenticeship
Duties
Website content management: adding, amending and removing assets and copy onto the site for product, category pages and homepages etc.
Organising and optimising product images into web formats for digital use
Manage user accounts and permissions, including the removal of accounts (in-line with GDPR)
Ensuring the quality of all assets are in-line with supplier details
Create engaging, search engine optimised listings and content for the website pages.
Liasing with suppliers to gather new/required assets via email or telephone
Assisting with the review of website and search engine analytics to spot trends and opportunities to improve
Assisting with email marketing campaigns via Bravo
Optimising existing product and category content to improve conversion rates.
Merchandising the website to promote products and product ranges to meet targets
Assisting customer services with any internal or external website queries or issues
Supporting website customers via live-chat system
