What is Tata Steel looking for in an applicant?
To be eligible for Tata Steel’s Apprenticeship Programme candidates must have achieved, or expecting a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C / 4 or above including English, Maths and Science. For some Apprenticeship and Higher Apprenticeship Programmes Tata Steel requires additional qualifications such as A Levels

What type of jobs can apprentices expect to be doing?
Each apprentice’s day-to-day role is dependent on the department they are working in, a manufacturing apprenticeship for example will look very differently to the finance departments.
