  • Managing front of house team on day to day basis
  • Ensuring they are providing exceptional customer service to every customer
  • Opening/closing of restaurant
  • Cash/payment takeover/handover between shifts

What do we look for in an applicant

  • Prior hospitality experience 2 years plus
  • Ability to work effectively as part of the management team
  • To lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • A positive brand ambassador
  • Ability to supervise others and undertake management responsibilities like open/closing of restaurant

How much are apprentices paid

Management apprentice(s) will be paid: £9.50 per hour under 23 £10.50 per hour over 23
