About the apprenticeship

Duties

The role
We are looking for a Customer Service Apprentice to join our team. This is an entry level role designed for someone who is organised, reliable and keen to learn, with a strong focus on client service.  You will often be the first point of contact for clients so a friendly, professional manner is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Order processing
Following up samples
Customer service- answering product enquiries
Keeping CRM system up to date
Quoting customers and following up
Upselling/cross-selling existing customers
Assisting external sales team with making customer appointments
Visiting trade shows (every 2/3 years)
Customer delivery checks
Maintaining and develop relationships with customers
