Duties
Job Purpose
To support the planning, coordination and delivery of projects across the organisation. This role provides administrative and operational support to ensure projects are well-organised, on track and effectively communicated.
This is an entry-level role suitable for a school leaver or early career candidate with a strong willingness to learn, develop and build a career in project management, business change, or operations.

Key Responsibilities
The post holder will:
• Support the delivery of projects across multiple workstreams
• Maintain project documentation including:
o Action logs
o RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
o Project plans and trackers
• Organise meetings, prepare agendas and take accurate minutes
• Track actions and follow up to ensure completion
• Support reporting activities including updates and presentations
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to gather and share information
• Update spreadsheets, trackers and systems accurately
• Highlight risks, issues, or delays to the project lead
• Assist in coordinating project timelines and dependencies
• Support continuous improvement of processes and ways of working
• Learn and apply project management tools and methodologies
