About the apprenticeship

Duties

You’ll support the team in maintaining and managing interface arrangements with externally led projects, by engaging with project delivery teams and stakeholders to ensure that they are well informed of any changes that may impact their work.
· You’ll support the Team to regularly update and maintain action trackers to ensure that procedural paperwork is completed in a timely and satisfactory standard.
· You’ll support and attend site visits to undertake observations, collect photographic evidence and engage with local teams for information and feedback.

Essential Criteria
· Basic understanding of using Microsoft Word PowerPoint and Excel.
· Ability to review, interpret and present data.
· Ability to communicate information, both verbally and written.

Qualifications

Desirable Criteria
· Work or volunteering experience in Railway Operations or customer facing positions.
· Awareness of Project Management principles.
· Experience in using Microsoft Power BI.
· GCSEs A*-C/Level 9-4 in English, Maths and IT.
· Welsh language skills – Entry.
